Without the submarines, Israeli political and intelligence sources say, the armed forces fear their nuclear arsenal is vulnerable to a pre-emptive strike by Iran or any other Middle East nation that may acquire nuclear weapons. These sources note that Israeli intelligence estimates Iran will develop its own nuclear weapons and missiles with the range to reach Israel within five to seven years. Israeli leaders and intelligence analysts believe it is highly likely that Iran already has four nuclear warheads that were stolen or secretly bought from a former Soviet republic in 1992, an Israeli government source said.   Mounting nuclear cruise missiles on submarines at sea would give Israel a credible capability to retaliate against a pre-emptive nuclear attack, the sources said. The respected Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz reported June 8 that Israeli military planners want to mount nuclear-armed cruise missiles on the new submarines.   The three Dolphin-class subs are among the most technically advanced of their kind in the world. They weigh 1,700 tons when immersed and are twice as big as the 20-year-old Gal class submarines the Israeli navy previously has relied upon. The first sub is undergoing operational trials in the North Sea between Germany and Britain and is expected to be operational by early next year, Ha'aretz said.A Pentagon official said the United States expects all three submarines to be delivered before the end of this year. Israel ordered  the three submarines from Germany when it could not find a U.S. shipyard to produce the  diesel and electric-powered boats it wanted, Ha'aretz said. Following a disclosure that German companies supplied materials for Iraq's chemical and other nonconventional weapons  programs, the Bonn government announced it would fund the construction of two of the three  submarines, Ha'aretz said.The paper said the Israeli government decided to pay for the third  submarine itself. Experts say the deterrence problem has become urgent for Israeli military  planners, who have produced hundreds of nuclear weapons but have made no serious effort  to protect their few launch bases against a pre-emptive nuclear attack. Libya's Col. Moammar Gadhafi repeatedly has expressed his dream of wiping out the Jewish state in a nuclear strike. On one occasion, he expressed the ambition of annihilating New York City. Gen. Matan Vilnai, Israel's retiring deputy chief of staff, warned in recent days that Israel's survival was threatened by failure to update its defense doctrine, according to the London Daily Telegraph. The newspaper said some 90 defense experts, intelligence officials, economists, scientists and academics have been participating since January in a secret review of the doctrine. Israel first ordered the Dolphin submarines in 1989 but canceled the order a year later, saying the subs would be too expensive. Anthony Cordesman, co-director of the Middle East program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, wrote in a study published June 3 that the Popeye cruise missile was capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. Jane's Intelligence Review reported Sept. 1 that photo reconnaissance indicated Israel had stored around 150 nuclear warheads and 50 Jericho II intermediate range missiles to carry them at Zachariah air force base southeast of Tel Aviv. Zachariah means in Hebrew, "God remembers with vengeance." The racism that was inherent within an empire that thought nothing of enslaving foreign peoples has continued within the Roman Catholic Church right up to the present day. When the brutal Roman Empire witnessed the courageous martyrdom of the Gnostic Christian cult followers who were tortured and slaughtered in the Roman coliseum, it realized the incredible power of this new mythology. Consequently, using the teachings of Saul/St.Paul the Holy Roman Catholic Church developed a manipulative dogma of the heroism of victimhood that gave the failing Roman Empire a new strength. When a new people were conquered by the Empire, the new mythology taught them to "turn the other cheek" and accept their suffering in order to be rewarded by a afterlife in Heaven. Yet the Empire itself never accepted these same conditions.  Eventually the Holy Roman Empire and its Holy Roman Catholic Church had conquered most of Europe, forcibly converting the Pagan cultures to Paulian Christianity.  However, the strength of this form of Christianity lay in the continued suppression of the true Gnostic Christian teachings upon which it was based. These teachings originally derived from a structured form of Shamanism developed in ancient India, and were merely echoed in Paulian Christianity.  Indeed, many scriptures document disagreements between Christ's closest apostle Simon Peter and Saul/St.Paul, who didn't even know Christ, yet claimed to have had a transcendental meeting with Him on the astral plane.  The conflict centered on the precise nature of the Last Supper, what should be eaten, and whom exactly it should be shared with.  Peter was inclusive, just as Christ was, accepting everyone as a welcome guest.  However, Paul insisted on excluding Jews. This seed of anti-Semitism was expanded upon by the Roman Church bishops who invented  the apostle Judas, who was previously unmentioned in the first Gospels. In later approved Gospels Judas became the central figure of betrayal. Judas by name and description is clearly meant to represent the Jewish race, who have consequently been blamed for the murder of Christ. In fact, Paulian Christianity has always been based upon separation rather than inclusion.   Humanity is separated from God, and as Jesus is dogmatically also God, humanity is separated from Him.  The ordinary Christian congregation can only gain access to God through the initiated Priest.  This is the opposite to the original Gnostic teachings of the Historical Christ, who showed that Man through Tantric/Shamanic rituals and understanding could access the Divine and "walk with God". This mystical knowledge inspired the Early Christians in their martyrdom and gave them the power to face the mighty Roman Empire and an awful death.  It was clear to the Paulian Roman Church that to maintain its power base through its initiated priests, the true Shamanic teachings of Christ must not be accessed by Humanity. The destruction of Celtic Christianity, and the horrors of the Inquisition that lasted for six hundred years, clearly illustrates just how far the Roman Catholic Church was prepared to go in order to suppress this knowledge. This Inquisition was directed against Jews, Muslims, Gnostic Christians, and followers of Pagan Nature cults.  Acts of violence directed against the Jewish people became a highly commendable religious act.  In plague ridden medieval Strasbourg 16,000 were murdered, and in Mainz, Germany, 12,000 were burned alive.  In the south of France one million Cathar Gnostic Christians were massacred. Pope Innocent III declared "Kill them all, God knows  his own", and as a consequence most of the region was laid to waste. When Shamanism in its rawest form was confronted in the new worlds  of Africa and the Americas, it was important for the Church to stamp out these cultures based upon the similar Spiritual values that the Historical Christ had come to understand.  It has recently been estimated by the University of Hawaii's Anthropology Dept. that up to 250 million Ameri-Indians and  Polynesians, equal to the population of Europe at that time, lost their lives through  slaughter and disease due to "Civilization"  and the Church's "Good News" being spread to the New World.  Not to mention the millions of Africans who died as a result of Church sanctioned slavery. As recently as the late 1800's to the beginning of the 20th Century,  over half of the population of the Belgian Congo were killed by the brutal imperialism of Belgium's King Leopold II.  Forced labor, starvation, village burning, torture and murder claimed over 11 million. The Congo's extensive network of Catholic missionaries remained silent during the slavery and genocide.   If the Truth behind the metaphors of Paulian Roman Catholic dogma were recognized and accessed, their concretization of "the Word" would simply crumble.  If the seed ideas of Christ were allowed to merge with Pagan Nature religions, then the original dreams of unity, brotherhood, charity, equality, mutual compassion, and ultimately union with God of early Gnostic Christianity might create a Global Village, instead of a New World Order. History has proven that the recognition of Christ's original truth must be avoided, whatever the cost. Hence the signs association with conspiracy theories, secret agents, exposes, scandals and spy stories. It is not that they like to wallow in other people's misery but there is a dark  side to life that Scorpio's often facilitate in bringing to the light. With both of Scorpio's rulers, Mars and Pluto (and 3 other planets) now positioned in the sign of Sagittarius, broadcasting these  truths can become a moral crusade. Pluto's imminent entry into Capricorn also speaks of a move towards exposing cover-ups in  large Corporations, or by authorities. It is not surprising then, in light of the current astrological climate, that the following letter made its way into the public domain, via the letters page of a national newspaper. I don't know if the author is a Scorpio but his message invokes all those familiar keywords; conspiracy, cover-up and death. It certainly caught my eye and I reprint it for you here: In the Alexander Litvinenko coverage Polonium- 210 is described as a rare isotope. Sadly it isn't rare at all and is even available  at a discount from most international airports. Litvinenko's death appears to have alerted us to an exotic new poison but Polonium - 210 has already killed tens of thousands of Britons annually. In 1990 American Surgeon General C. Everett Coop declared that radioactivity, not tar, accounts for 90 percent of lung cancers. Cigarettes are lightly radioactive. Most of that radiation comes from the rock-mineral fertiliser (apatite) that subsidised American farmers must use. This contains  Radon, which decays to deposit Polonium-210 in the fine hairs of tobacco leaves. This collects in smokers' lungs and beams out alpha radiation for years, Increasing use of radon- rich fertilisers accompanied an 18-fold increase in the per-capita incidence of lung cancer  between 1930 and 1980 in the U.S. In the same period, smoking decreased by 20 percent but tobaccos Polonium -210 content tripled. It was estimated in The New England Journal of Medicine in 1982 that the lungs of someone who smokes 30 cigarettes a day accumulate radiation equivalent to 300 chest X-rays per year. Of 33,000 UK deaths a year from lung cancer, 90 percent would equate to 30,000 caused by radiation. Litvinenko's death fascinates us, but it's surely sobering to realise that 575 Britons die every week from gradually ingesting the same substance that poisoned him. It is not in the interests of the government or the tobacco industry to publicise the radiation situation. Nor do anti-smoking  campaigners wish to give attention to data which might show that smoking is not, of itself, the killer. But they are all aware of the situation. We must be saddened by the tragic loss of one Russian spy, but his end will have been for the greater good if, through raising  this issue, the lives of millions of future smokers may be saved. I would be interested to hear from anyone with knowledge  of Nuclear Physics - or perhaps Chemistry or Biology, if what Mr Sams is saying is true. The implications for the food chain could be  dire if any of these fertilisers are commonly used in cultivation. Another reason to go organic and give up the weed.

It found its roots in the already formed OSS (Office of Strategic Services), the military intelligence organization that had reached a high profile with its control over the top-secret Manhattan Project, which developed the first nuclear bomb. The founding fathers of the CIA William "Wild Bill" Donovan and Allen Dulles, were both prominent Roman Catholics, and members of the secret society the "Knights of Malta". Recently declassified documents show that following the war the Knights of Malta were responsible for aiding the escape of many prominent Nazis, including Death Camp scientists and many from the inner circles of occultist Heinreich Himmler's Gestapo - the Nazi intelligence service. Many of these, including Knight of Malta General Reinhard Gehlen, went directly to work for the newly formed CIA, which at Donovan's insistence, was now a civilian organization. This kept the fervently anti-Nazi General Dwight Eisenhower and the US military out of the initial equation, which allowed the CIA to represent the interests of American industrialists and transnational Corporations, above and beyond the interests of the American people. A.B."Buzzy" Krongard's appointment to the top of the CIA pyramid by George Bush Jnr., after a long career in investment banking, once again illustrates who's interests the CIA is serving. The 68 year old Krongard recently boasted to the Washington Post "the whole OSS was nothing but Wall St. bankers and lawyers". He fails to mention that many of these bankers and lawyers were ardent political and financial supporters of the Nazis - who were perceived as an ally against the ideology of communism - regardless of their methods and beliefs. The Cold War created a new enemy in Russia, and as propaganda was allowed to run to fever pitch, the ambitious young CIA was given a free reign within the American government. Roman Catholics were favored as agents because of their attitude towards "Godless Russia". However, the true aims of the CIA's leaders were more complex than the simple cold war politics of "commie bashing". The Knights of Malta's intimate links with the Nazi movement found its ideological base in their common Rosicrucian belief system. This states that Man's evolution is held back by certain lower sub-races who must be removed for the process to continue. Through the CIA this feudal belief system had infiltrated the heart of democratic America. Under the cover of the cold war apparatus, the CIA became a global leader in biological and chemical warfare, mind control techniques, psychological operations, propaganda and covert warfare. Close links were forged with South American military dictatorships, many of whom were led by Catholic Knights of Malta. It is of no coincidence that these same countries played a major part in the escape of Nazis through the "Rat Run". These countries immediately saw a massive rise in neo-Nazi movements,  led by leading German Nazi figures such as Klaus Barbie and Otto Skorzeny. The introduction of concentration camps complete with Nazi Swastikas saw hundreds of thousands of indigenous peoples and political opponents tortured and murdered. Democracy movements were brutally smashed by these fascist governments who were backed by the CIA. Weapons, financial aid, and even American troops were given in support under the guise of fighting communism. The "School of the Americas" is an infamous CIA training school were many South American military personnel are still taught torture techniques. During the 60's, 70's and 80's peasant populations around the world, inspired by American ideals of democracy, rose up against their feudal and colonial overlords. But these nations suddenly found themselves at the center of the raging American Russian Cold War and their revolutions were unjustly labeled communistic. The CIA's fight against communism became a worldwide fight against the self-determination of indigenous peoples. As the CIA supported fascistic "anti-communist" regimes across the globe, and particularly in Africa, a constant state of war was created leading to the horrific sufferings of countless innocent men, women and children. Ordinary Americans saw this constant unrest through the distorting lens of cold war propaganda, giving the Rosicrucian hierarchy of the CIA unprecedented financial support and powers. The intimate ties with the Roman Catholic Church allowed the CIA access to intelligence from Eastern Europe and Latin America through the Church's own intelligence service, which is funded by the CIA and has operated from within the Vatican since World War II. Pope Paul VI prior to becoming Pope worked for this Jesuit unit "Pro Deo" (For God) and passed on comprehensive dossiers regarding politically active priests to the CIA. This policy continues to the present day, and the Vatican is well placed through it global network of churches and priests to gather information. An example of this is the murder of young American Ben Linder in 1987 in Nicaragua. Ben was living with an indigenous village high in the mountains. He entertained the children as a clown, and put his engineering skills to use by organizing the construction of a small water dam to provide hydroelectricity to the village. However, before the dam was finished Ben and two villagers were riddled with bullets in a right-wing Contra rebel ambush. Recently declassified CIA documents were able to provide the precise names of the ten Contras who murdered Ben. It was revealed the rebels had been instructed  by the CIA to kill any foreigners helping the villagers in any way. Recently declassified documents state that the Contra rebels were informed of Ben's presence by the CIA, who were alerted to his whereabouts by their network of spy-priests opposed to the Socialist government, which had been democratically elected by the majority of the Nicaraguan people. Propaganda about "out-of-control" Third World populations became prominent and was illustrated and substantiated by the many famines of sub-Saharan Africa. Emotionally potent images of starving babies proved the Malthusian theories of "not enough food to go around" time and time again. Official government reports constantly stressed the desperate need for population control against the developing countries. Whereas recent United Nations' reports state that the richest 20 percent of the world, i.e. the Western developed countries, consumes 86 percent of the planet's resources. This same 20 percent causes 75 percent of all environmental destruction and pollution. The famines of Africa were clearly not caused by overpopulation and over-consumption, but were the direct result of covert foreign policies, and undoubtedly compounded by global warming. As Africa today finds little support for its insurmountable problems such as the AIDS epidemic, increasing environmental disasters such as floods and famines, and constant internal political upheavals and civil wars, it is clear that through cold war communist fears and subtle propaganda, "Wild Bill" Donovon and  Allen Dulles's racist and elitist Rosicrucian beliefs have inadvertently been embraced by most of the white western world. Official admissions that the CIA were involved in the initial supply and distribution of "crack" cocaine were met with little interest from the population and mainstream media, regardless of the story being conveyed by a Pulitzer prize winning journalist (Gary Webb), and its documented links to the Iran/Contra scandal. From this it is clear that racist attempts at social engineering within the United States are tolerated by an indifferent or uninformed population. With the introduction of incredibly harsh drug laws simultaneously with the "discovery" of new and even more addictive drugs, is it apparent that the black population has become a target. With one in four African American men either behind bars or on probation, mostly due to minor drug related offences, it is not surprising that the black community is claiming a conspiracy of massive proportions. Even though recent statistics show that drug use amongst whites is five times greater than blacks, the massively disproportionate incarceration of blacks, with often a "three strikes you're out" life sentence being given for non-violent offences as trivial as "stealing a slice of pizza" or "a single bottle of vitamins" is disturbing. This obvious injustice creates a climate of fear and insecurity amongst black youth and their families. Perhaps it is no coincidence that the current "mandatory minimum sentencing" for drug related offences, which took away the right of judges to use their discretion in handing out prison terms, was introduced by David Rockefeller, heir of the Rockefeller empire and creator of the New World Order think-tank "The Trilateral Commission", a sister organization to the shadowy "Bilderberg Group". As the scientific community acknowledges, AIDS is being transmitted from high-risk prison populations into Black and Latino communities. This inevitable consequence of unjust social policies, which many would label a conspiracy, could indeed amount to a covert genocide.
